About me
Hi, I’m Moritz. I build AI systems for a living.
For the last six months, a single AI system has quietly run most of my business. It knows how I work, it’s plugged into all my tools, and it handles about 90% of the day to day. I mostly just review what it hands back now. It’s how I run a real company without a big team behind me, and it’s easily 10x’d what I can get done in a day.
I’ve spent the last decade building media, software and AI businesses, mostly out in the open, which is how I ended up with 200k+ people following along as I figure this stuff out. So this isn’t theory I repackaged. I live in it every day, and I install it for founders and operators who want that same leverage without the overhead.
All year I’ve been building this system inside other people’s businesses one at a time, and honestly, it’s slow, and only a handful of people ever get to it that way. - Do I need to be technical?
- No, and you won’t write a line of code. If you can find your way around your own computer, install an app and manage a folder, that’s the whole bar. I’m not a developer either, which is exactly why the system is built the way it is.
- What if I miss a session?
- Every session is recorded and yours to keep for life. Watch the replay, then bring whatever you’re stuck on to the next live call, or to one of the two office-hours calls the week after.
- How much time does this actually take?
- Six 90-minute sessions across two weeks, plus whatever you choose to build between them. You build during the calls rather than after them, so it doesn’t pile up as homework you never get to.
- What do I need before we start?
- A computer and a Claude subscription, at least the Claude Pro plan, to run everything on. Depending on what you build we may reach for a few other tools, but those are optional. I’ll send a short setup note before session one so day one goes on building rather than installing.
- Is this just another course?
- No. Nothing is pre-recorded and there’s no library to work through on your own time. You build your own system on your own machine while I’m in the room to unstick you, and you leave with it running.
- Won’t this be out of date in six months?
- The tools will keep changing, but your knowledge and understanding of them won’t. We build the system and the skill to run it, so when the next model or harness lands you understand where it slots in instead of starting over.
- Why is the waitlist price lower?

- What if it’s not for me?
- You’re covered by my "I don’t want your money if it doesn’t genuinely help you" guarantee. The only requirement is that you show up to the calls, do the building, and if it hasn’t provided value to you, tell me and I’ll refund you in full. The one thing I ask is that you actually turn up and build, because that’s the only part I can’t do for you.
